Boys and Girls Clubs of the Keys Area is an extension of the National Organization, Boys & Girls Clubs of America. We offer After School and Summer Programs and activities to school-aged youth, as we provide a safe environment where our members engage in various programs that are designed to enhance their educational and social skills.

We are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to join our team, who is experienced in administrative work. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and knows how to prioritize multiple tasks. The successful candidate will act as an entry point for visiting guests and will be responsible for supporting the administrative staff.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Member Files.
- Maintain Business Files.
- Scan/Copy Documents.
- Distribute Mail.
- Answer Incoming Calls.
- Maintain Organization of Office.
- Confer with Staff Regarding the Status of Projects.
- Act as Liaison Between Staff and Other Organizations on behalf of Executive Director.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
